However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be a personal experience of caring for a family member or a voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable ,spending time in the company of others.

COMPANIONSHIP
Many vulnerable adult have become more isolated during during the pandemic and it has become more necessary to be able to keep vulnerable adult engaged and more stimulated. Our care practitioners will be able to build relationships with the client .
DEMENTIA CARE
It is important to understand how clients with dementia may express themselves through behaviours (behavioural expression). Living with dementia may mean that a person cannot comprehend the pain and may be unable to vocalise that they are in pain. Our Care practitioner are specifically trained to be able to understand the different kind of approach to support the client.
