LIVE IN
We provide livein care to enable people to remain in the comfort of their own homes. we have a team of wonderful local carers that can support you and your loved one with day-to-day activities while remaining in the comfort of their home. Our Live-in home care is person-centred meaning that the care we provide is based on the needs of the individual and their condition and circumstances.
This process will be focused on getting live- carers which will supply directly to the local council or private client. This carer will be properly vetted.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
This community support is targeted towards young adult. that does not require and regulated activity and be access through community engagement team, Asylum Team. Our Service is built to integrate, young adult into the community. Our programme are person focussed , as they are channel through an individual needs. We work along side professional to ensure we can meet the needs of the community.
